Traffic Safety encompasses Communication and Outreach, Injury Control and Traffic Safety Research. The NHTSA Publications Catalog, a supplement to the Safety Materials Catalog, offers publications generated and released by all other offices within NHTSA. The Publications Catalog offers access to reports, research studies, testing procedures and results - where available, statistics, procedures for motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment, and other consumer-related materials offered by NHTSA.
Northwestern University Transportation Library The Transportation Library was founded in 1958 to support the curricula and research programs of the Transportation Center and the Center for Public Safety of Northwestern University, including the School of Police Staff and Command. Containing over 400,000 items, the Transportation Library of Northwestern University is one of the largest transportation information centers in the world, encompassing information on all transportation modalities. The Transportation Library's staff produce two major bibliographic resources, Current Literature in Traffic and Transportation, published quarterly, and TRAN, a web based periodical index of transportation and law enforcement articles and conference proceedings.

TRIS TRIS is a bibliographic database funded by sponsors of the Transportation Research Board (TRB), primarily the state departments of transportation and selected federal transportation agencies. TRIS Online is hosted by the National Transportation Library under a cooperative agreement between the Bureau of Transportation Statistics and TRB.
TRL - Transport Research Laboratory TRL is an independent, internationally recognised centre of excellence in surface transport issues. The organisation provides research based technical help which enables customers to obtain improved value for money, generate competitive advantage and a better understanding of transport problems. TRL employs around 500 staff with a wide range of professional disciplines, among them mathematicians, physicists, psychologists, engineers, geologists, computer experts and statisticians. Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center Library TFHRC is a federally owned and operated research facility in McLean, Virginia. TFHRC is the home of the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA's) Office of Research, Development, and Technology. TFHRC provides FHWA and the world highway community with the most advanced research and development related to new highway technologies. The research focuses on providing solutions to complex technical problems through the development of more economical, environmentally sensitive designs; more efficient, quality controlled constructions practices; and more durable materials. The end result is a safer, more reliable highway transportation system.
University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute UMTRI’s library houses one of the world’s most extensive collections of literature on traffic safety. It reflects the diversity of disciplines that the field comprises: accidents and injuries, biomechanics, human factors, vehicle dynamics, driver behavior, and public policy. The collection is also strong in the areas of intelligent transportation systems, the trucking industry, shipbuilding, and the automotive industry. The library does not offer an interlibrary loan service, but will provide photocopies for a fee.
Vägverket - Swedish National Road Administration The SNRA is the national authority assigned the overall sectoral responsibility for the entire road transport system. The SNRA is also responsible for drawing up and applying road transport regulations. In addition, the SNRA is responsible for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of the state roads. This sectoral responsibility involves representing the State at a national level in issues relating to the environmental impact of the road transport system, road traffic safety, accessibility, level of service, efficiency and contributions to regional balance, as well as in issues relating to intelligent transport systems, vehicles, public transport, modifications for the disabled, commercial traffic in addition to applied research, development and demonstration activities within the road transport system.
